ICBSS and BSTDB webinar on "Post-Pandemic Recovery of Black Sea Economies"

The International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) and the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank (BSTDB) in cooperation with BSEC Organziation hosted a joint webinar on the “Post-Pandemic Recovery of Black Sea Economies” on 17 July 2020. A panel of prominent international experts considered the recent developments and challenges to re-start economies and re-establish trade, investment and financing links, and how the pandemic may impact long term economic trends in the Black Sea Region. Armenia's participants posed questions and made comments particularly mentioning that recenty BSTDB extending a multi-million facility to its partner in Armenia (Ardshinbank) to fuel support for small and medium-sized enterprises, which would contribute to efforts in assisting the most vulnerable business segment of SMEs amid the turmoil caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
