Armenia’s new Permanent Representative presented his letter of appointment to the BSEC Secretary General

On January 21st, 2019, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Sahak Sargsyan presented his letter of appointment to the Secretary General of BSEC PERMIS Micheal B. Christides.

During a brief conversation both sides highlighted the effective partnership established between BSEC PERMIS and Armenia, as well as underlined Armenia's constructive involvement in the work of the Organization. Sahak Sargsyan updated the Secretary General on the recent democratic changes in Armenia and the priorities of the new Government reaffirming Armenia's commitment to continue active participation in multilateral cooperation within the BSEC.

The sides also touched upon the preparations of the upcoming BSEC meetings.
